Our staff will be happy to support you in plant programming, engineering or in the planning and construction of your special projects.

Trainings

Preparing your employees to work with our machines and equipment

To ensure that your processes run optimally, we offer training for your employees for each machine. Operators learn how to use, care for and maintain the machine. Depending on the number of participants, the training is divided over several days. For this purpose, in consultation with you, loading or unloading is carried out with real material and containers. Ideally, therefore, the training takes place at the beginning of a campaign or of the control process. Re-training in the event of personnel changes is, of course, possible at any time. The training courses can be held in German or English.

Optimization

Adaptation of your plant to new processes, materials or components

Our machines and plants are always developed and built in close cooperation with you as our customer. The systems are tailored to your processes and materials. You and we learn together during project implementation. If you have any requests for plant optimization, we will of course be there for you long after the machine has been installed. Whether we need to change something in the programming or connect a container scale to the equipment, we always try to provide you with the most efficient and safe process flow.

Maintenance

Maintenance contracts the longevity of your plant

Depending on the material conveyed and the process, your equipment is exposed to different abrasion factors. To ensure the longevity of your system, we offer you a maintenance contract that guarantees a basic spare parts package and the fastest possible availability of our fitters.

This way you can ensure the longest possible smooth process flow. In the unlikely event of a failure, you are also on the safe side with this and we will support you in fixing the problem as quickly as possible with our internationally available technicians.

IT Programming

Programming work for your plant or individual plants

We can also offer you services related to the programming of industrial plants quite independently of our machines and plants. We link and automate the machines and systems provided by you according to your requirements and additionally contribute our know-how in the pneumatic handling of bulk materials.

Engineering

Planning and consulting for your plants

Similar to the programming of machines and systems, our engineering can be offered completely independently of our physical products. Together with you we plan your plants and advise you with our know-how in the field of pneumatic loading of bulk materials. We can also support your process for certifications together with our long-term partners.

Individual solutions for your challenges from our WWTec modular system. In the loading and unloading of sea freight containers, we have acquired our experience and knowledge of handling a wide variety of bulk materials.
